My teaching style is a blend of range of motion, strength-building, and balance-training exercises along with the traditional aspects of yoga. All of my classes include mindfulness techniques and breathing practices to help you feel quiet and centered. I also provide lots of modifications and variations to meet you where you are, so everyone finds the appropriate amount of challenge.

Group Classes are for you if:

  • You want all the benefits of yoga - MORE flexibility, strength, and energy with LESS stress, pain, and stiffness - at a lower price point

  • You enjoy the group dynamic and would like some personal encouragement during class

  • You’re looking for a simple way to have a dedicated movement and mindfulness practice from home

Private Sessions are for you if:

  • You want a personalized yoga routine to improve flexibility, balance, and strength

  • You have questions about how to do a pose correctly for your body or how to modify a pose if you have an injury or pain during certain movements

  • You have particular goals or needs not being addressed in a group setting
