Service Description

Let's have a discussion about you. In this initial consultation, I will ask questions about you and your health, and actively listen to your health goals for the next 6-12 months. Even if you're not sure where to begin, I will serve as your guide to a more relaxed and harmonious life. Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Yoga will be our vehicles for change, and I will work with you to cultivate a plan that suits you perfectly. Begin making changes toward a healthier life full of contentment. This hour-long intake session includes a separate 60-minute follow-up session at a mutually agreed upon time and at no additional cost. You will receive your recommendations during the follow up, and may also wish to sign up for additional sessions to continue your journey of healing. Extra sessions can be purchased online, and are listed as "Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching Follow Up".
