Service Description

-Do you feel better with consistent yoga practice, but struggle staying regular during the busy holiday season? -Do holiday treats challenge your digestion and/or do you overindulge in festive drinks? -Do you struggle with "being merry" this time of year? Then "Eat, Drink, & Be Merry: Yoga for the Holiday Season" is perfect for you. In this 3-week course, we will focus on three different ways of helping your mind, body and spirit make it through the season with more ease. Each class will be a short and sweet 50 minutes long, so you can practice multiple times a week. The livestream class will be offered on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m., AND the replay will be available through the end of January. So, you can keep coming back to the practice as many times as you like until then. Here's the schedule: November 29, Week 1: EAT- We'll practice twists and firing up the core to aid in digestion. December 6, Week 2: DRINK- We'll focus on poses to purify and refresh the liver. December 13, Week 3: BE MERRY- We'll concentrate on the heart space through backbends and a quick meditation to help you open up to joy.
