They are strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. And, of course, yoga can help build and maintain all of these skills. Throughout “Everyday Yoga for Mature Yogis”, we dedicate each week focusing on one of these skills. Upon course completion you will have forever access (with download available) to all four classes.
