Service Description

Hatha Yoga can increase mobility, enhance balance, and strengthen the whole body. Designed to help induce a sense of calm, this class includes range of motion exercises, standing poses and accessible inversions (such as downward-facing dog). Pranayama (breath work), meditation, and deep relaxation are also regular parts of this practice.
