I help people with these things and more through online group yoga classes and private sessions. If you want to learn how to practice yoga while feeling both safe and appropriately challenged, then my classes are for you.

About Me

 Hi, I'm Cindy. I'm so glad you're here. I'm passionate about helping people feel less pain by increasing strength and decreasing stiffness. We all want to feel great as we age, and yoga can help immensely. I know how intimidating yoga classes can be, so I'm sensitive to helping those who are new to yoga feel comfortable. I hope you'll give my classes a try.
